When placing your order, you can easily choose your preferred delivery date during checkout—right after entering your address details. All deliveries are made kerbside using an 18-tonne vehicle. While the delivery is kerbside by default, the driver may assist further at their discretion. Standard delivery hours are 8am to 6pm on your selected date.

For a seamless drop-off, our delivery vehicle is equipped with a tail lift and a pump-truck/hand trolley, allowing safe and efficient unloading of your pallet. Please note that pump-trucks cannot operate on gravel, grass, steps, or uneven surfaces, and drivers are unable to unpack or move individual components from the pallet.
