Flat Pack
FlatPack are houses for self-assembly, assembled from prefabricated elements. Building a house consists in providing the Client with all the necessary materials along with access to the instruction, which show step by step how to assemble the building in a simple
way. The course of work is described in detail, but it is the Client who manages and decides on the construction site. This gives the Client complete control over the work. Construction management is not complicated, as the heaviest element weighs 70 kg, so there is no need
to use crane, and the optimal number of employees does not exceed 3 people. The installation time for a basic Flat Pack house kit is approximately 12 working days. In turn, experienced teams are able to complete the work in half the time.
Equipment needed to build a FlatPack house:
- Mobile scaffolding with a sliding blocking system.
- Portable platforms.
- Personal protective equipment, e.g. protective belts, specialized footwear, helmets,
reflective vests, glasses, braces.
- Ladders.
Installation instructions:
When buying a FlatPack house, the customer receives a detailed step-by-step
assembly manual. It describes each stage of the work in detail, in which all components are
marked in detail.
Loading is done manually.
The elements of the house are packed by our employees in accordance with a previously
prepared loading list, thanks to which you can be sure that the order will reach you in its
entirety. Already at the production stage, each element is numbered and receives its unique
QR code, which facilitates both unloading and transport.
The cost of transport is borne by the buyer.
It is calculated individually - depending on the place of delivery and the size of the house.
Our logistics department will take care of the entire process - from calculating the required
loading space, through weighing the goods to completing the formalities related to shipping
the house, customs and clearance.
Pickup by the Customer is also possible.
